Add autocapitalize="off" to inputs

Labels, descriptions and aliases generally aren’t capitalized unless the
rules of the language require it; consequently, on mobile we don’t want
users to start out with an uppercase keyboard. The autocapitalize global
attribute [1] can be used to suppress this.
