It looks like plural rules in MediaWiki haven't been updated from upstream CLDR since 2014 ({8dc3631093e1ace34ded60e603f8fdaf5656667d}). We should update them, and we should also have a procedure for updating them regularly in the future. Some issues to notice: [ ] Rule update for some languages may be correct, but it may require updating translations (it had to be done in Russian once, for example). [ ] Some rules may have become wrong, so they all have to be checked with people who know the languages. In such cases, we'll have to make a local patch in plurals-mediawiki.xml and to report an upstream bug. (I know that it has to be done for Hebrew, but some other languages may need this, too.) [ ] A procedure for updating has to be documented, so that it will be possible to practice it regularly. [ ] //add other stuff if needed// I noticed this because of an issue with T384155. Previous update: T64861
