I don't know is it intentional, but every time when you log in to Wikipedia and click some red links you'll get the popup notice about translating the article by using the ContentTranslation beta feature. Even if you click "no thanks" you will get the same popup again when you log out and clean your browser cache. I tried this with the Firefox's "private browsing window" (so no need to clean cache). It's reported twice on the Finnish Wikipedia, but I don't know does they actually clean their cache after every logout, but if you click "no thanks" it should also mean "no thanks, IMO.
