While with the recently merged [feat(ReviseTone): Show Tone Check](https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/GrowthExperiments/+/1191710), the Revise Tone card is showing as expected when coming from the Homepage on desktop, it is still minimized on mobile. We should show it expanded right away on mobile.
