In the case of bugs like T116586, we've cached the old wiki name, and will continue to do so for a certain amount of time (in this case, 5 days) We should add a sort of "Advanced" menu to allow users to force clear the ObjectCache in cases like this, rather than them having to find the ObjectCache.xml file in their user profile folder
