As a Wikisource user, I want the PDF issue with displaying images to be fixed, so that I can 1) download books as PDFs with 1) proper image display, and 2) no errors. **Background: **Wikisource users have let us know that they experience the following issue: "For me, the most frustrating problem while exporting an ebook in "pdf" format, in most cases (see for example for the book https://fr.wikisource.org/wiki/Le_Lorgnon_(Scribe), the image on the cover page does not appear, and an error message can be seen when opening the file (in french "Données insuffisantes pour une image" => trad. : insuffient data for an image)." As a French Wikisource user, I want the cover page bug to be resolved, so that I can see the cover page properly displayed in all file formats. **Background: ** French Wikisource exports have a unique feature -- they display an image of the book's cover on the first page (see screenshot example below). This allows users to have an enriched experience for users. However, there is a bug -- the first page is blank (rather than an image of the book's cover). Users have reported this issue occurring for PDF downloads, but I have also been able to reproduce a version of the issue for EPUBS as well (i.e., the cover image is not shown, but there also isn't a blank page as a first page).
