Sorry, this is extremely vague.
At 20th February I noticed that a save was messed up ([[https://no.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Innvandrere_i_Norge&diff=prev&oldid=17180723| here]] and later fixes) and added a note on [[ https://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Torget#Forskjeller_mellom_revisjoner_.28Diff-motoren.29 | no:Wikipedia:torget ]]. Then [[https://no.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Digital_Audio_Broadcasting&type=revision&diff=17139457&oldid=17138401| this is reported]], and note that the summary does not describe the actual edit. It could although be trolling, but I start to suspect that this is a bug.
My edit at "[[https://no.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Innvandrere_i_Norge&diff=prev&oldid=17180723| Innvandrere i Norge]]" started out as an undo, and I am pretty sure it was no indication that the ingress would be duplicated.
The IP edit at "[[https://no.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Digital_Audio_Broadcasting&type=revision&diff=17139457&oldid=17138401| Digital Audio Broadcasting]]" seems to be a normal edit through VisualEditor.
