it is bewildering that from content pages you can get to all available languages with a click but special pages do not allow that nor can you simply edit their URLs in your browser address window to get to other languages even if you know their WikiMedia Project Codes. It is easy to obtain the necessary link targets from the site matrix data, which is there anyways.
