**Note: This task will follow the wiki announcements, please adjust hierarchy or dependencies if you are a more experienced Phabricator user ** As mentioned in related tasks, in the interim period between removal of the extension from the wikis and transitioning to the Programs and Events Dashboard for cohort tracking, we could stop the creation of new courses on wikis. This will aid in the transition, while still allowing users to access previous courses and finish ongoing courses. This would happen after communication with each wiki (see T187577) and the agreed upon timeline.
