This version of preferences is displayed to users who have the new UX on Watchilst but NOT RC page (because they've opted out of the New Filters on RC page but have them on WL either because, in the near term, they have the beta or, down the road, because WL has become standard.) The many small changes made in the new design to wording and layout are too numerous to note individually. So, for layout of the page, see the screenshot below, under "**Layout**."
