As a user who sees search results from other language wikis, I want to be able to see Quickview for those results so that the experience is the same as results from the wikis I am searching in. (In T309745 we are updating the "results from other language wiki" to follow the new styling and layout.)
This is a spike to look into the following questions:
[] How do we retrieve the Quick view data for other language wikis?
[] How do we handle if Quickview doesn't exist on the language wiki for the result? (for instance, if the result is in Japanese wiki, but we're only releasing Quickview in RU, PT, and ID to start)
[] How do we handle if Quickview is enabled in preferences on the wiki the user is searching in but not in preferences on the language wiki the result is from?
[] Any other questions or complications we need to look into?
