When I hit reply on a ticket in OTRS (Chrome, Windows) the popup window is inconveniently shaped in a way that the send button is impossible to get to without resizing the window first. It would be nice if the size of the popup window is limited to the bottom of the screen, so that I can actually scroll to it, and hit send.
