Change Details

Add template messages to the page curation toolbar to send to creators for creating very high quality submissions. These could be added to the existing 'Wikilove' section. These would include message options suggesting: *That the user apply for autopatrolled if they have created >25 articles *that the user submit their submission to DYK (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Did_you_know) within the next 7 days.
