Blueprint doesn't run `$this->getFooterLinks` or offer a replacement of it that provides any of the copyright/privacy/about/disclaimers/project links. See the footer of e.g. https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Skinning?useskin=qqx This makes it tough to address {T317}. Do we envision a footer in Blueprint, or something better?
