Steps to Reproduce: 1. on desktop computer, go to preferences -> Appearances tab 2. select MinervaNeue skin 3. skin should switch and no easily apparent way to logout or switch skin This is occurring on MediaWiki 1.33.1. Actual Results: The expected menu button isn't visible but can be found by hover mouse somewhere on the left near the "Home" button. Users may panic thinking unable to log out or switch skin to a "usable" skin.
