As now whenever there is a new notification after polling there is a change in total unread notification count in the title(T75209) and also a snippet displaying the header of the notification is displayed to the user(T226130). But, some users may not prefer this as it may distract them. So, a new preference is to be added to the notification section so that the user can choose whether they want to see this or not.
