Refactor [[ https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/plugins/gitiles/mediawiki/extensions/TemplateWizard/%2B/master/tests/selenium/ | selenium tests ]]. These tests have numerous anti-patterns. Refactoring them will allow them to be more easily understood and able to run in parallel.
