There will be a new release of wdio-mediawiki soon(™) after {T193613} is done. This will include support for wdio 5 and some API changes that might affect us. **acceptance criteria** * [ ] remove our wdio5 workarounds * [ ] update our code for any API changes in the new wdio-mediawiki release **notes** * see if there are any new fixes/patterns/functionality in the new release that we could use to improve our selenium tests * see if we need to adjust for the potentially removed default video support and have to add a `npm run selenium-video` command somewhere
