## Description
**Steps to reproduce:**
# As a logged-out user go to https://wikifunctions.beta.wmflabs.org/w/index.php?title=Z10014&action=edit&view=function-editor
# Scroll to "output type" and hover in the (i) icon
**Observed behavior:**
* The tooltip next to Output on the Function Creation page (only visible when trying to edit an existing function without being logged in) is popping up in the wrong spot
* When scrolling and hovering again, the tooltip remains on the first place (it's fixed)

* Tooltip should always be touching the icon (i)
