Allow the use of [[https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Block/User|Special:Block/User]] selectively, so that it is possible for sysops to block a a user from editing in a specific namespace (or a set of namespaces), but not all namespaces. This would replace the current usage of edit filters, making it simpler to apply partial blocks. This feature was requested after [[http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikip%C3%A9dia:Esplanada/propostas/Bloqueios_seletivos_por_dom%C3%ADnio_%281fev2011%29|a discussion between Portuguese Wikipedia users]]. There was full approval of the local community for enabling the feature on ptwiki once it is available.
