Phabricator seems to rely on javascript provided by wmfusercontent.org . If you access this domain through a browser, then it reports "server not found". This is problematic from a privacy point of view, since it requires a whois lookup of the domain to ensure that the domain is actually owned by the WMF. The ideal solution would be to replace the dependency with a call to wikimedia.org or wikimediafoundation.org, since it would then be clear that the javascript is being provided by the WMF and not a third party. Alternatively, the domain should redirect to a valid website, and/or explicitly explain that it is owned by the WMF.
