When a new question is asked to either the help desk or the mentor, a new question is added on top of the recent questions list. We need a way to highlight the addition when the user gets back to the homepage after completing the "ask a question" process in the modal.

When a new question is asked by the user to either their mentor or the help desk, a new question is added on top of the recent questions list. The new question is added to the list while the user is still in the last view of the "add a question" process dialog, with the result that when closing the dialog and landing back on the homepage it might not be clear immediately that a new question has been added to the list. We need a way to highlight the addition when the user gets back to the homepage after completing the "ask a question" process.
