* open [[https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Searching|this page]] on Wikimedia Commons
* click on the blue link "Deepcat Gadget"
**What happens?**:
* when you open the linked section of the page, the title of the [[https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Village_pump/Archive/2015/11#Deepcat_Gadget:_intersection_and_subcategory_search_on_Wikipedia_and_Commons|active section]] (and the rest of the content) is scolling unexpectedly
**What should have happened instead?**:
* the active section should be displayed on a fixed position, with the title on the top of the page
