People who meet the criteria below will see the Reply Tool ( read: {nav [ reply ]}) and New Discussion Tool when visiting a talk page using the mobile site:
1. People who are logged in //or// logged out
2. People accessing **ht.wiki** using the `mobile` version of the site
People who meet the criteria below will *NOT* see the Reply and New Discussion Tools when visiting a talk page using the `mobile` site:
1. People who have explicitly disabled the `Enable quick replying` and `Enable quick topic adding` settings within `Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-editing`

At ht.wiki, do the following...

1. Log in as an existing user
2. Visit a talk page at ht.wiki
3. Verify the {nav Read as wiki page} does NOT appear at the bottom of the talk page
4. Open various sections on the talk page
5. Verify {nav [ reply ]} links are present next to each comment
6. Tap a {nav [ reply ]} link of your choosing
7. Verify the Reply Tool opens as expected
8. Document the text input mode – `source` or `visual` - that you see by default
9. Post a comment with the Reply Tool
10. Verify it is published as expected
11. Tap the {nav Add discussion} link at the top of the talk page
12. Verify the New Discussion Tool opens as expected
