**Reason**: Concerns about its nowadays usefulness have been raised at https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/381053/. If the extension is no longer working or has become obsolete, we should consider archiving it IMHO. Shall we?

- [x] Remove from `mediawiki/extensions` (along with in `.gitmodules`)
- [x] Remove tests in `integration/config` (`zuul/layout.yaml`)
- [x] Remove from `translatewiki` (`groups/MediaWiki/mediawiki-extensions.txt`)
- [ ] Empty repository and add an `ARCHIVED` file.
- [ ] Inactivate {rEANB}.
- [ ] Mark the AntiBot repository as read-only.
- [ ] Delete the GitHub mirror (needs a wikimedia GitHub owner).
- [ ] Decline all open tasks.
