Steps to reproduce: - hover over the "contributions" link so that the pop-up appears - move the pointer quick to the left Clicking anywhere in the window doesn't make the pop-up disappear. To make it vanish one needs to over over "contributions" once again. First time I noticed this, I only moved the slider to the top of the page and simply moved away, accidentally "touching" the contributions link. It's quite annoying.
