We already aren't allowing these headers to come back inside in requests: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/g/operations/puppet/+/90d5ccf413c222f724d3869b941a7c39c32828d2/modules/varnish/templates/wikimedia-frontend.vcl.erb#385 But we are emitting traceparent on all mw-web responses now, and there's no reason to do so; it isn't useful.
