I've noticed that bug while distributing Tech News, where a link using `|` was in 2018/29 issue. I can't properly distribute the issue while it is impacting all StructuredDiscussions users.
Check on the 3re bullet point of that message: the "cartes v2" link goes nowhere. It is supposed to go to https://stats.wikimedia.org/v2/#/fr.wikipedia.org/reading/page-views-by-country/normal|map|2-Year~2016060100~2018071100|~total (note vertical bars in the URL).
The source for that message is
`cartes Wikistats2 `
On unstructured talk pages, the same code renders correctly .
That alternative is on all wikis while it is a magic word alternative since Mediawiki ≥ 1.24 .
