**What happens?**: * enwiki was down at 10:44 (and still a bit slow now) * https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/en.wikipedia.org indicated "It's not just you! en.wikipedia.org is down." * https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/commons.wikimedia.org indicated "It's just you. commons.wikimedia.org is up." but Commons was at least slow. As the outage was short I didn't have time to run more tests.
