We moved quite a few preferences relating to Recent Changes and Watchlist around, and changed how a number of them work. Particularly those that relate to ORES. We should update the [[ https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Preferences| Preferences documentation ]] (at least I assume that is the best place to document these changes). One specific change: In the Legend on the RC Page, the entry for the "r" has a "more info" link that currently goes to the ORES page. We should change this link so that it goes to an updated entry in the Preferences Help that explains what this preference does and how to turn it on. This is necessary in particular because the "r" in the Legend appears whether you have the preference turned on or not. (We can link to ORES from the updated help entry for people who want to know more.)
