When the new Hook system was implemented, some hook names changed. One example being hook names with colons in them, were replace with underscores. E.g. onContribsPager::reallyDoQuery to onContribsPager__reallyDoQuery. As it stands, setTemporaryHook() in MediaWikiUnitTestCase and MediaWikiIntegrationTestCase only accepts hook names in the old format. The function should be able to accept hook names in both formats.
