===== Problem
The present approach does not accommodate the use case that was discovered in one of the [[ https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:English-Arabic-Cross-Wiki-Uploads-April2024.pdf?useskin=vector-2022 | research ]] findings i.e. users uploading a photo on behalf of someone else. This ticket is to implement a design that helps uploaders understand the process required for uploading on behalf of someone else. The usability results for the design proposed here is summarized in T373123
