Title coordinates should be displayed in mobile version (inline coordinates are shown already). These have been disabled since the beginning of the mobile site (circa 2011) due to the fact they were initially shown absolutely positioned at the top of the page which caused them to overlap with the title and edit icon. It should be noticed that these icons link to the geohack labs tool which is not mobile friendly which may be a blocker for certain wikis.
