This is a task identified by Nirzar and Stephen as "design tech debt." The little arrow in the last edited cell invites the user to click it to be taken to the page edit history. However, it's completely impotent and does nothing. The expectation is that clicking the arrow or probably even the cell itself will take the user to the page edit history.
