Problem: Embed an non-existing image > save the page > follow the red link > upload the image > return to article >> image is not there. Even worse: If filecache is used, anons will not see it until the next edit. Solution: On file upload complete, check if page is used on pages already. If so, clear parser and file cache of these pages.
