Special:ChangeContentModel uses the default submit message for htmlforms. This is not a problem in english because it is "Submit", but the text defaults to "Speichern" (save) in german translation. That is misleading on this special page. Other languages have similar problems. Please add an own message for the submit button. Thanks.
