Then I made test edits using that user and that IP, thereby triggering the filter [[ https://fa.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:AbuseLog&wpSearchFilter=164&uselang=en | twice ]].
For the user, the [[ https://fa.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Logs&type=block&user=&page=HujiBlockMe&year=&month=-1&tagfilter=&hide_thanks_log=1&hide_patrol_log=1&hide_tag_log=1&hide_review_log=1&uselang=en | block duration ]] is "indefinite" which makes sense (until we solve T32024).
For the IP, though, the [[ https://fa.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Logs&type=block&user=&page=198.15.109.90&year=&month=-1&tagfilter=&hide_thanks_log=1&hide_patrol_log=1&hide_tag_log=1&hide_review_log=1&uselang=en | block duration ]] was "4 decades, 7 years, 35 days, 11 hours, 37 minutes and 47 seconds" which seems arbitrary.
