**Problem**
It's hard to evaluate the efficacy of a filter you authored, since you can't find the edits that it tripped.
In addition, for pagination the AbuseLog treats revdel'd edits as if they were being shown. E.g. see here where the page should have 50 entries but I only see 7: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:AbuseLog&wpSearchFilter=877&offset=20180615235959
This is in constrast to T111669, which as far as I can tell is no longer a problem?
**Proposed solution**
I'm sure it isn't easy -- but ideally AbuseLog would work like normal revision lists and show the edits, but with the revdel'd information striked for people who don't have the rights to see it. At the very least, revdel'd edits should be shown to admins, which sounds like the easier solution.
