Could someone with enough permissions delete Alakzi's Phabricator account? According to [[ https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia_talk:Lua&diff=671748232&oldid=671747859 | this diff ]] they have been locked out of their Phabricator account because they made a typo in their email address. See also T105352 for another recent case where this happened.
