Please update the interwiki cache following the creation of https://hyw.wikipedia.org. Apparently `scap update-interwiki-cache` won't work so deployer might want to try using the `dumpInterwiki.php` maintenance script located in the `mediawiki/extensions/WikimediaMaintenance` (rEWMA) repository.
