**Problem:** Special:MergeLexemes does not show up in the list of Special Pages at Special:SpecialPages. It should so experienced editors can find it in the place they expect it. Special:MergeItems is listed in the Wikibase section. **BDD** GIVEN a Wikibase Lexeme installation THEN Special:MergeLexemes show up in the Wikibase section AND the link text says "Merge two Lexemes" **Acceptance criteria:** * The Special Page shows up in the listing.
