**Background**
Change tags (aka revision tags) allow users to monitor for specific types of edits at Special:RecentChanges and Special:Watchlist. For example, the #mw-blank tag surfaces edits that blanked a page, which is often a form of vandalism. Similarly, we could introduce a tag for edits that add links to disambiguation pages, which could be of use to patrollers who aim to fix disambiguation links.
**Acceptance criteria**
* Add a tag, say `mw-add-disambig`, to edits that add links to disambiguation pages.
* For performance reasons, this should probably be done in a deferred update or through the job queue.
* Whatever logic we build that checks the parser output for disambiguation links could be re-used for other solutions for the wish – say to show a warning in the wikitext preview.
