Change Details

On wiki page edits, there's a red ! on non-autopatrolled edits. On the the diff page, there's a link that says [ Mark as patrolled ]. When you click that, the [ Mark as patrolled ] link disappears, and there's a temporary modal (`mw.notify`): "The change to Pagename has been marked as patrolled." We should have this functionality on all Flow posts by anybody that's not autopatrolled. See screenshots of the current functionality on wikitext pages: {F112493} {F112495} {F112497}
