As a user, i want to add a statement without first scrolling all the way down on my phone
Solution: Floating (+) button that appears after the user scrolled past the end of the first statement. Once the user clicks the button, the button is replaced by an "add statement" button that can be closed again. This is to make the feature clear to the user immediatly and also ao that users that tap the button by accident are not flown in immediately to a new screen,
