When I choose to view my Library Platform profile, it mentions:-
(1) **Brill** as **Pending** which is meaningless in light of the fact that they have left the platform per T218848. Incidentally, it is perpetually hibernating in such a state for a year or so. I did not receive any correspondence from anyone, (other than the auto-generated-mail at the very instant of application) about 11 months back.
(2) **Keesings** (which too have left the platform) is displayed as **Sent to partner**. I received access parameters and it worked for a very short span. Quite long back (don't know the precise time span), they have remodeled their login-page in entirety and I am unable to access anything.
We need to make these stuff clear by:-
(a) Seting all //currently pending// **Brill** and **Keesings ** accounts to **//Rejected//**.
(b) For those granted access to Keesings; explicitly mention that their access ain't working anymore since they have left the platform and have remodeled.
(c) Have no clue about the status for those who were granted access to Brill. Need to find out, by asking someone and then, solve.
End-users need not be given false hopes that their access for the resource might be fulfilled and/or roam about numerous pages to discover that contracts have been terminated and all that. Also, see T161170 whose sub-task ought be this.
