Hi all, I noticed there was very long block (over four decades, 4 decades, 7 years, 27 days, 13 hours, 42 minutes and 13 seconds in fact) created by bug at Czech Wikipedia probably. I wish to know the reason how did it get there and why it isn't in effect, there isn't any visible unblock entry.
