**Feature summary**:
There should be an option for Nyoro (language code: nyo) and Tooro (language code: ttj) when available for TimedText captions in Commons. Additionally, the namespace for Tooro subtitles says "ttj subtitles for clip:" instead of "Tooro subtitles for clip:", unlike Nyoro.
**Use case(s)**:
For the file Anthem_of_the_Tooro_Kingdom.oga , only the English subtitles can be displayed despite Tooro subtitles also existing. I also created Nyoro subtitles (Nyoro and Tooro use the same orthography), but it doesn't show up as an option either.
**Benefits**:
More internationalization and captions support for around 1.16 million people in total
Notes:
- The only way to create Nyoro/Tooro subtitles in the first place is by manually typing the language code into the URL.
- This task is based on a question at the help desk.
