Enable use of //[ShellBox](https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Shellbox)// and `BoxedCommand`, introduced in //MediaWiki// 1.36, in {{#get_program_data:}} and tag emulaion mode, in addition to //[Shell Framework](https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Shell_framework)//. Will probably require a new `EDConnector*` class.
