* User sets user interface to a English other than American English (en), example British English (en-gb)
* User goes to create a item and the interface will default to creating their Label/Description/Aliases in their chosen user interface language
**What happens?**:
* Item is created in the English language variant
* User with American language set will see the item as a Q description compared to a English label
**What should have happened instead?**:
* Native fallback picking up the other english variants (without waiting for PiBot to duplicate the labels)
