Change Details

In the last week there have been a number of reports of the following error: `Fatal exception of type "Wikimedia\RequestTimeout\EmergencyTimeoutException"` See this WP:VPT thread: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Village_pump_(technical)#Error_message I've also seen a few posted on the Wikipedia Discord server, e.g.: {F58901701}
